Born and raised in Flint, Michigan, Casandra relocated to the area in 1996 to attend Tennessee State University, where she studied Electrical and Computer Engineering. She later earned her Master’s degree in Organizational Management, further strengthening her foundation in leadership, strategy, and client-focused service.

Today, she is a full-time Realtor and the owner of Peaceful Path Financial, a financial coaching business where she helps individuals and families build strong financial foundations while working toward homeownership. Casandra has always had a natural interest in real estate and now combines that passion with her commitment to guiding clients with clarity, confidence, and care. She is known for being cooperative, a great listener, and an excellent communicator who brings honesty and integrity to every interaction.

Prior to transitioning into real estate and entrepreneurship, Casandra worked as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer and Certified Scrum Master, where she developed a strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a structured approach, skills she now uses to advocate for her clients and help them navigate important life decisions.

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and making memories with her husband and their three children.
