Meet Chris

Chris, originally from Naperville, IL, has established his real estate career in both the Greater Chattanooga and soon-to-be Northern Georgia areas. Having relocated to Nashville in 2014 for a new chapter and a warmer climate, he recently purchased a home near Chattanooga, where his children study at UTC and the Baylor School.

In the thriving Chattanooga real estate market, Chris notes an influx of potential buyers contributing to a slight inflation in home prices. The construction of new residential homes remains stable, with a slight upward trend.

Before entering real estate, Chris spent over 18 years in the technology industry, specializing in physical, logical, and financial security software platforms. His diverse experience included building channel partner programs, managing national accounts, and leading sales teams across various vertical markets.

Chris enjoys guiding clients through the home buying process, addressing real-world challenges, and establishing meaningful relationships. His ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies ensures win-win scenarios for clients. Balancing professionalism with a touch of humor, Chris aims to eliminate friction from transactions, fostering a foundation of trust, integrity, and honor.

Outside of work, Chris is a devoted family man, spending quality time as a coach and mentor, engaging in card games with his daughter and son, and enjoying live music with his wife, Cheryl.
