Dempsey Wells is a real estate professional based in Knoxville and surrounding areas including Hardin Valley, Farragut, Oakridge and Clinton. He relocated from Houston three years ago and fell in love with East Tennessee. When Dempsey’s not helping his clients find their dream home, he enjoys being outdoors playing golf, tennis, cycling, disc golf or boating on the lake. His background has given him an analytical approach to construction combined with the negotiation skills gained from his time as a Procurement Manager.

Dempsey obtained his real estate license in June 2023 after transitioning away from the engineering industry. This new challenge allows him to put his passion for real estate into action by creating a business with a flexible schedule - something Dempsey loves! Even though he is relatively new to the discipline of real estate, his wife Mandy has been involved in it for many years both in Texas and Tennessee. They have two sons who are married and starting families of their own and one daughter who recently graduated High School from Hardin Valley Academy and is now attending college at University of Tennessee Knoxville.
