Before moving into real estate, Hollie earned a Master’s in Business and built a career in engineering, holding positions at some of the world’s largest companies, including Texas Instruments, General Motors, Amazon, Walgreens and ALCOA.

Today, he serves clients across East Tennessee, Middle Tennessee, Memphis, Chattanooga, and Huntsville, Alabama, bringing the same strategic mindset from his engineering days directly to buyers and sellers. Licensed as an agent for over seven years, Hollie relishes tackling complex challenges, combining strategic negotiation, calmness under pressure, proactive communication, and data-driven guidance to help families make informed decisions.

As a broker, he also thrives on working with talented agents, helping them grow their businesses, navigate challenges, and provide exceptional service to their clients—creating lasting impact for both agents and the families they serve.

When he’s not working with clients or agents, Hollie enjoys playing tennis and spending time with his beautiful wife, Lauren, their two teenage children, Trey and Olivia, and their pitbull, Roux.
