Meet Jake

    Jake Monroe is what has become increasingly rare: a Nashville native, and because he is a local, Jake has a superb understanding of the nuances of not only the more established neighborhoods but also the up-and-coming areas of Middle Tennessee.

    Jake’s focus is on creating a great experience, and he loves working with other agents to get the best deal for his clients. He has also built close relationships with builders and land developers. People who know him like working with him, and he has sold properties from $300k–$1million+. Jake has built his business on referrals because he is known to be tenacious, trustworthy, and fun to work with.

    Jake has worked as a green energy consultant, a salesman, recruiter, and sales manager, and owns a small remodeling business. He has received several awards in sales, but his favorite one was from a Franklin startup company for the highest reviewed and most reviewed sales consultant.

    When he’s not working you can find Jake hanging out at coffee shops in Franklin, where he lives, or trying out new restaurants with his wife. He also loves exploring the South camping and hiking with his son. When at home, he is constantly followed around by his dog, Gromit, a King Charles Cavalier.
