Before becoming a real estate agent, Jalen Marsalis coached college football, where he learned how to prepare for high-stakes moments, communicate clearly, and lead with trust—skills that continue to shape how he works with clients today.

Born and raised in Middle Tennessee, Jalen grew up in Franklin, went to high school in Brentwood, and returned to the Nashville area after college. He now helps first-time buyers, growing families, and residential investors across Middle Tennessee, with a focus on neighborhoods just outside the city that off er long-term value.

Known for his thoughtful approach, Jalen takes time to understand what matters most to each client. He sees every transaction as an opportunity to educate, ease worry, and help people make smart, confident decisions—whether they’re buying their first home or exploring real estate as a way to build wealth. He’s especially strong in identifying residential investment opportunities and helping clients think long-term.

Jalen lives in Nashville with his wife, Hanna, their boxer Frankie, and their growing family. He enjoys the outdoors and coaches high school football in his free time.
