There is an incredible energy right now in real estate... and every day at The Sallinger Realty Group we’re changing people’s lives through real estate. I’m James Sallinger and my real estate team represents home buyers and sellers throughout Middle Tennessee and it’s encompassing communities.

Having been in real estate for more than three decades, I’ve learned that this is an emotional journey. Our process is one of our greatest assets. We are always on the same page with our clients, ensuring they feel supported during the transaction, and we give them the confidence of knowing that they are making a sound personal and financial decisions. We have a team of buyer specialists who are experts at winning. We have a dedicated transaction management team, a marketing and creative division, and a listing division that includes design consultants, listing managers and showing specialists. Our willingness to take the time to really understand what our clients truly want, and need is the reason I believe that more than 50 percent of our business is from repeat and referral clients. After selling more than a thousand homes and facilitating over a billion dollars in transactions for our clients, we have a wealth of data and experience that keeps our clients informed.

This is based on multiple agents in selling residences in Connecticut, Florida and California. He worked out the market value for our condo and then we determined it would support paying off fully the mortgage debt on the condo. We went up for sale in the slow holiday periods of the year. As a result over time we received two low ball buy offers. Jim continued to evaluate the market place and contrary to past agent behavior he did not push us to take the low ball fast sale. He evaluated the market place and we decided not to be panicked into taking a low ball price. In the spring we received our fair market price offer from a couple who really liked the property and planned to live there. As a result we were able to pay off our mortgages. Next Jim supported us in finding and negotiating a rental contract for our move into a rental unit. He communicated with the rental agents and assisted us at the drop of a hat to get in and look at various rentals in the area. Again he gave us the facts without pushing us one way or another. He assisted us in coordinating the rental contract. He assisted us with a move in check list and excellent review of the premises in helping us spot issues that we did not notice. He has assisted us in recommending some local movers he has had excellent experience with. Likewise they have given us excellent moving packing and moving help. Jim has assisted us like a real friend. He helped us in many ways throughout the process. His byword is real help.
