Jason Warner has a unique and inspiring story that has shaped his journey as a real estate broker. After touring for over a decade as a recording artist, Jason discovered his passion for real estate investing and studied under Robert Kiyosaki and the Tigrent Learning program. He quickly became known for his expertise in creative financing, helping buyers and sellers come up with innovative solutions that benefited everyone involved.

In 2019, Jason founded Leipers Fork Realty Group as a Mega Agent Office (MAO) partnered with Keller Williams in Leipers Fork, TN. In just one year, he grew the office into the number one producing team, providing agents and clients with unparalleled service and support.

Jason's mission to create a legacy for his children and other youth inspired him to start a nonprofit called SAFE (Safe, Affirming, Family Environment). Over the past decade, SAFE has helped homeless teens and foster youth, while Jason simultaneously created his own real estate portfolio with multiple properties in Leipers Fork. His property, GratiDude Ranch, has guest suites that can accommodate up to 40 overnight guests and serves as a venue for special events. Due to Jason's investment opportunities and personal knowledge in the field, he is able to bring unique insights to his clients.
