Meet Jocelin

After moving to Franklin from Mexico City at 5-years-old, Jocelin has had a front row seat as the city has grown – and it’s a place she knows like the back of her hand. She went to Belmont University and although she left to join her family’s landscaping business, she gained an appreciation for architecture, inspired by the university’s beautiful buildings.

Landscaping developed her skills in designing gardens to suit the home’s architectural design and coordinating the team to bring that vision to life, and fostered an interest in the building process. She made the jump to real estate to combine all her passions, and today she’s thrilled to be able to share her deep knowledge of the area with her clients to help find them their perfect home.

Jocelin is loyal, helpful and something of a social butterfly, and she’s eager to equip her clients with the knowledge they need to make one of the biggest commitments of their lives – that of buying a home. And, as she’s seen plenty of houses during her career, she’s able to pinpoint exactly what her buyers are looking for. In her spare time she loves riding bikes and going to the park with her husband and two daughters.
