As a former college baseball coach and recruiter, Judson Sullivan takes a hands-on, practical approach to his role as a real estate agent. His coaching experience sharpened his ability to quickly assess situations and make strategic decisions, while his eight years in insurance and financial services taught him the art of clear communication and navigating tough conversations. Judson thrives on challenges and has a natural ability to get things done.
Licensed in 2022, Judson serves clients throughout Williamson, Davidson, and Maury Counties. A true people person, he loves being part of his clients’ journeys and brings a coaching mindset to real estate—guiding and supporting them to feel informed and confident in every decision. Outside of work, Judson enjoys Alabama football, playing golf, and spending time with his wife Sara, their two sons, Tucker and Tatum, and their dog, Rory.
