Julie's passion for real estate is deeply rooted in her own journey of cross-country relocation and real estate investment. Originally from Southern California, she, along with her husband and father, made the move to Nashville in early 2022. Drawn to Nashville’s breathtaking natural landscapes, exceptional Vanderbilt healthcare and combination of both cosmopolitan and small town lifestyles, the decision to relocate was a natural fit, especially with Julie's husband’s career in the music industry.
Prior to real estate, Julie spent nearly two decades working in Tech, where she honed her skills in strategy, growth and marketing. Her impressive track record includes being hand-selected by former president of Paramount Barry Diller to direct digital strategy for his IAC portfolio of companies, helping to shape the landscape of Silicon Beach.
Licensed in both California and Tennessee, Julie specializes in buyer relocation, bringing a unique perspective to her clients. Julie began her career in the sciences as a biology researcher and high school math teacher. She holds a BS from UC Irvine and an MBA from USC’s Marshall School of Business.
