With an infectiously positive attitude, Julissa is dedicated to overcoming any obstacles that crop up during the real estate process – and helping her clients do the same. She loves sharing the excitement her clients feel when everything comes together in a successful sale, and her strong empathy is no doubt due to the years she spent as an educator.

Her career as a REALTOR^® is also informed and strengthened by her past experience in banking, and she pivoted into real estate so that she could deliver exceptional service to her clients. Julissa moved to the Nashville area in 1997 from Northern California, where she studied Education and Child Psychology at Santa Rosa College.

When she’s not out and about sourcing the best homes for her clients she enjoys dancing, cycling and spending time with friends and family. Julissa is also passionate about wellness and has been a fitness professional for over 10 years and currently teaches at Lifetime Athletic.
