With 21 years of experience in education, including roles as a mentor teacher and administrator, Melanie brings strong communication skills and a relationship-focused approach to her work. She is committed to staying responsive and ensuring her clients feel supported every step of the way. Having personally navigated a cross-state move, she understands the challenges of relocation and strives to provide reassurance and guidance throughout the process. Outside of her career, Melanie enjoys spending quality time with her family and her labradoodle, Niko. Her hobbies include cooking, antique shopping, home decorating, reading, and hosting festive gatherings—especially during the Christmas season, which she holds close to her heart.
