Melanie is a licensed real estate agent primarily serving Middle Tennessee, including Davidson, Williamson, Maury, and Rutherford Counties, with additional licensing in Alabama. Williamson county is known for offering a top-tier school system and is transitioning to larger homes on spacious lots. Parts of Davidson County offer upscale living near city conveniences, and Madison/Huntsville, Alabama, attracts families for its schools and growth.
Originally from Birmingham, AL, Melanie moved to Tennessee in 2007. With a bachelor’s in Elementary Education from Lipscomb University, she spent 13 years as a stay-at-home mom before entering the real estate industry.
As an estate agent clients and colleagues know Melanie as a hustler with integrity, a problem-solving mindset, and confidence in representing her clients authentically. She especially appreciates the architectural creativity in homes and thrives in the fast-paced, ever-changing real estate environment.

For fun, Melanie enjoys local dining, coffee with friends, sports events and travel. She has been married for 17 years to Wiggs, a homebuilder, and they enjoy spending time with their two active children.
