Meet Nicole

Serving others has been a consistent thread through Nicole Saporito’s career.

Originally from New York and later New Jersey, Nicole launched her own licensed massage therapy and esthetics practice at 25. She partnered with other specialists to support people recovering from accidents and injuries, an experience that first introduced her to long-term, hands-on care.

During the pandemic, Nicole and her husband relocated to Tennessee with their three children and transitioned into healthcare. Here, she helped families across the country navigate hospice, palliative, and home health care options. Her days were spent speaking with families in often-vulnerable moments, helping them make sense of unfamiliar systems and complex choices.

As a real estate agent, she draws on her background of guiding people through high-stakes, emotionally layered decisions and has a profound appreciation for the role she gets to play in other people’s big life moments.

She also brings lived real estate experience of her own, having bought, sold, renovated, built, and relocated out of state with young children – twice! With firsthand knowledge of how quickly the process can feel overwhelming, Nicole is intentional about easing pressure and managing stress for her clients.

Outside of work, Nicole and her husband are kept busy with sports, school, and family life, with hopes of adding a new puppy soon. She loves baking with her daughters, playing pickleball with her kids, and spending time at farmers markets or on countryside drives where farms and animals bring her a sense of calm.
