Raised in Columbia, TN, Thalas Steele is a coach at heart. For over 14 years, he’s been guiding athletes on the track and clients in the gym, helping them reach goals they once thought were out of reach. As the Head Track Coach at Columbia Central High and owner of Mid South 5 Fitness, Thalas has a deep understanding of the commitment and focus it takes to succeed. He knows when to push and when to listen, qualities his real estate clients benefit from every day.

Thalas’ coaching background is complemented by a decade of experience as a Lease Specialist for luxury brands like Aston Martin, Jaguar, and Land Rover. Working closely with clients from the beginning to the end of the leasing process taught him the importance of clear guidance, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service. With Thalas, clients not only find a partner who is genuinely motivated to help them achieve their real estate dreams, but one who is equipped to deliver exceptional service that puts them first.

Outside of his career, Thalas serves as a Lululemon Legacy Ambassador, and is active in ministry work, local run groups and devoted to his family.
