Toni Templeman’s career has always been about guiding people to success. For 13 years, she was a teacher, helping students gain confidence and master new skills. As a coach for more than two decades, she motivated individuals to push past challenges and reach their full potential. These experiences shaped her ability to communicate, problem-solve, and advocate for others—skills she now brings to real estate.

After stepping away from teaching to focus on family, Toni found unexpected success in sales with a global health and wellness company. She thrived in building relationships and helping others achieve their goals, a passion that naturally led her to real estate.

Today, as an agent, Toni combines her background in education, leadership, and mentorship to guide clients through one of life’s biggest decisions.
